Project Launch Package
Detailed Project Report, term loan, central and Rajasthan subsidy, and every licence for a new unit — one team, one fixed fee.
From land to production
The paperwork for your new unit in one place — you build the factory
A new factory, cold storage or processing unit needs a project report, a bank loan, subsidy applications and a dozen licences, usually from four different consultants who never speak to each other. The Project Launch Package puts all five pieces with one Chartered Accountant-led team, for one fixed fee set by the size of the project.
What we do not promise
The bank decides the loan and the department decides the subsidy. We answer for the quality of the file and the time we take — never for a sanction.

Questions
What promoters ask before signing
Do you guarantee the loan or the subsidy?
No. The bank decides the loan and the department decides the subsidy. We answer for the quality of the file and the time we take; that is what the fee pays for.
Why is the fee fixed and not a share of the subsidy?
A Chartered Accountant may not charge a fee that depends on the result. The fee follows the size of the project, and it falls due as each stage of our work is delivered, not on a sanction.
How long does it take?
Usually four to nine months from signing to the last licence. Our own work takes six to eight weeks; the rest is the bank's appraisal and the departments' processing.
Which banks do you approach?
Public and private sector banks, chosen for the sector and the loan size. Lite approaches two, Pro and Max three or more, and we compare the sanction terms with you before you accept one.
Does it cover an expansion of a running unit?
Yes. Several schemes treat an expansion differently from a new unit, so tell us on the form that the unit is already running.
Is the package only for Rajasthan?
The licence and state-subsidy work is built around Rajasthan. For a project in another state the central schemes, the project report and the bank work are the same; we quote the state part after the eligibility call.
Which documents do I need to start?
KYC of the promoters, three years of income tax returns and financial statements, the land papers (registry, jamabandi and mutation, or the lease deed), machinery quotations and the civil estimate.
What if a subsidy is refused?
We read the refusal with you, file the reply or appeal where the scheme allows one, and move to the next scheme on the mapping report. The fee for the work already delivered stays as agreed.
