A. Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Support — Clause 9.1(A)
Reimbursement of eligible capital expenditure (ECE) disbursed in 10 equal annual instalments starting after commencement of commercial operations or achievement of committed investment:

D. HKRN Employment Booster (EPF Support)
- •Employer EPF Reimbursement: 100% reimbursement on employer's statutory EPF contribution for 5 years for hires made through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN), capped at 12% of basic+DA or ₹25,000/yr/employee.
- •Employee EPF Reimbursement: 100% employee EPF contribution reimbursed directly to HKRN-recruited workers via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for 5 years (capped at ₹25,000/yr/employee).

A. Park CAPEX Support — Clause 10.1(A)
Data Centre Park Developers (minimum 20 MW cumulative contracted power) receive 20% CAPEX reimbursement on park infrastructure, subject to a ceiling of ₹15 Crore, disbursed in 4 tranches:
