How it works

Five steps from enquiry to certificate

1

Eligibility on the first call

A CA checks the rule that applies to you — area, headcount, category, thresholds — and tells you whether you need the licence at all, and which form.

2

Documents, drafted not just collected

Every declaration, undertaking, affidavit and technical annexure prepared in the wording the authority accepts.

3

Filing on the official portal

Application filed and tracked on the government portal (ONDLS, Manak Online, NOCAP, RERA, AGMARK Online, income-tax e-filing, Shram Suvidha).

4

Inspection and queries

Premises prepared for the inspector's visit; every query answered inside the deadline so the file never lapses.

5

Certificate and calendar

Licence delivered with a renewal, retention-fee and return calendar, so it never expires unnoticed.

FAQs

Questions businesses ask before applying

Which licence does my business actually need?

It depends on what you sell, where and to whom. A pharmacy needs a drug licence; any manufacturing unit needs Pollution Board consent and, if it uses a borewell above 10 m³ a day, a CGWA NOC; a builder needs RERA; products under Quality Control Orders need the ISI mark; packaged goods sold online need GS1 barcodes; an NGO needs Darpan, 12A and 80G. Our first call maps the full list for your business so nothing is missed and nothing unnecessary is filed.

How are your fees structured?

A fixed professional fee per licence, quoted before we start, covering eligibility, documents, filing, inspection support and the certificate. Government fees, stamp duty and laboratory or testing charges are paid at actuals with receipts.

Do you handle licences outside Rajasthan?

Yes. Most licences are filed on national or state online portals, and we have filed in every major state. Where a physical inspection is needed we prepare the premises and brief the person on site.

How long do licences take?

From a week (GS1 barcodes, Darpan) to two or three months (Pollution Board consent, CGWA NOC, RERA with queries). Each page above gives the typical timeline and the statutory deadline where one exists.

What happens after the licence is issued?

Every licence has a renewal, retention-fee or return cycle: five-year retention for drug licences, annual marking fee for ISI, quarterly updates for RERA, monthly flow-meter readings for CGWA, Form 10BD for 80G. We hand over a calendar and remind you before each date.

Can you also do the registrations that go with a licence?

Yes: FSSAI, GST, Udyam, factory licence, Shops and Establishment, trademark, EPF and ESIC, and the company or LLP itself. Most licences need two or three of these first.
