Overview

The Indian Oilseeds & Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) develops and promotes exports of oilseeds, edible oils, oil cakes, and allied products. Beyond export promotion, the Council works with farmers, processors, shellers, surveyors, and exporters to strengthen quality and the domestic supply chain.

IOPEPC issues the Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) to eligible exporters. RCMC is mandatory for manufacturer-exporters and merchant-exporters to access export-related benefits and officially participate in trade under the Council’s purview.

By fostering stakeholder collaboration and quality improvement aligned with global benchmarks, IOPEPC helps expand India’s footprint in international oilseeds markets while supporting the domestic economy.
