One District One Product and its marketing scheme
Under the One District One Product initiative every district identifies a signature product — Jaipur's blue pottery and gems, Jodhpur's handicrafts, Kishangarh's marble, Bikaner's namkeen and so on — and the state supports the enterprises making it. Rajasthan's ODOP Policy 2024 carries a Scheme for Marketing Assistance whose purpose is to enhance the market outreach of ODOP products, bring them into fair-pricing channels and improve access to buyers by paying for participation in trade fairs and exhibitions. The scheme is available until 31 March 2029, and a similar framework exists in other states because ODOP is a national initiative.

Claim to payment
- 1Step 1 — Before booking: confirm the fair is registered and in an approved category, and that your product is your district's ODOP product.
- 2Step 2 — Participate and collect original stall and travel receipts and the participation certificate.
- 3Step 3 — File the claim with the District Industries Centre within six months of the fair.
- 4Step 4 — Initial evaluation by the DIC, review by the District Level Task Force Committee (Collector, core and supporting members), and sanction letter from the General Manager, DIC.

Implementation runs at three levels: the Commissioner of Industries at the state level, the DIC at the district level, and the ODOP enterprises themselves across Rajasthan.
