TEXPROCIL Registration
Overview
The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) is a government-supported organization founded in 1954 to promote the export of Indian cotton textiles while protecting the interests of the sector’s producers and exporters.
As one of India’s leading export promotion councils, TEXPROCIL plays a key role in boosting global trade in cotton-based products by providing market intelligence, trade facilitation, and policy advocacy.
A primary service offered by TEXPROCIL is the issuance of the Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC), required under India’s Foreign Trade Policy to access export benefits.
Holding a TEXPROCIL RCMC grants exporters access to export incentives, international trade fairs, detailed export statistics, and support in resolving trade-related challenges.
