T-Fund — ₹25 Lakh to ₹1 Crore for Early-Stage Tech Startups in Telangana
State capital, deployed by the country's largest incubator
T-Fund is the Telangana Innovation Fund, sponsored by the state's ITE&C Department under the Telangana Innovation Policy and operated by T-Hub in Hyderabad. It invests ₹25 lakh to ₹1 crore in early-stage technology startups, with a target of 15–20 startups a year and about a hundred over five years. Along with the money comes T-Hub's programme support — mentoring, corporate connects and investor access.
Telangana also runs WE Hub, the state's incubator for women founders, with its own funding and acceleration tracks, and T-Hub was among the incubators disbursing the now-closed central Seed Fund Scheme. T-Fund is the state's own capital and continues after SISFS's closure.

Questions founders ask about T-Fund
No. It is an investment by the state through T-Hub and dilutes equity on the agreed terms. Telangana's grant-type support for very early startups runs through T-Hub's and WE Hub's programmes rather than T-Fund.
Incorporation in Telangana satisfies the first test on its own. The 50% workforce condition applies to startups incorporated elsewhere that claim Telangana as their principal place of business.
SISFS closed to new applications on 31 May 2026. T-Fund is separate state capital and remains open on its own cycle.
They can apply to T-Fund and, in parallel, to WE Hub's programmes, which have dedicated funding and acceleration for women founders in Telangana.
