The deep-tech ELEVATE launched under Karnataka's Local Economy Accelerator Programme (LEAP). Grant-in-aid of up to ₹1 crore for AI, semiconductor, quantum, robotics, advanced-materials and similar startups — open to companies anywhere in India that will register in Karnataka.
