National Quantum Mission — Startup Support
Up to ₹25 crore (per DPIIT playbook) · DST · via T-Hubs
DST's ₹6,003.65 crore mission (2023-24 to 2030-31) funds quantum startups through four T-Hubs: IISc Bengaluru (computing), IIT Madras (communication), IIT Bombay (sensing and metrology) and IIT Delhi (materials and devices). Calls are rolling; DPIIT's playbook lists support of up to ₹25 crore per startup. Seventeen startups supported so far.

Up to ₹50 lakh grant · Ministry of Textiles (NTTM)
Grant for Research and Entrepreneurship across Aspiring Innovators in Technical Textiles. Up to ₹50 lakh over 18 months, released 40:40:20, IP stays with the innovator, and the incubator receives an extra 10%. For startups under five years old with turnover below ₹100 crore, and for individual innovators aged 21 and above. Thirty-one startups approved so far.

₹50 lakh – ₹2 crore grant · Ministry of Mines · PRISM 5.0
The Ministry of Mines' startup programme: grants of up to ₹50 lakh for startups, ₹1 crore for MSMEs and up to ₹2 crore for technology products needing more, over projects of up to two years. PRISM 5.0, announced 1 March 2026, emphasises critical minerals. Incubators receive up to ₹10 crore.

₹15 lakh – ₹75 lakh grants · IFSCA, GIFT City
Six grant categories for fintech entities operating in or engaging with GIFT IFSC: Startup Grant (₹15 lakh), Proof of Concept Grant (₹50 lakh), Sandbox Grant (₹30 lakh), Green FinTech Grant (₹75 lakh), Accelerator Grant (₹10 lakh) and Listing Support. Indian and foreign entities both qualify. A new FinTech Sandbox Framework took effect on 16 March 2026.

Promoting Innovations in Individuals, Start-ups and MSMEs: DSIR's grassroots-to-prototype grant. Phase I gives up to ₹2 lakh (Category I) or ₹20 lakh (Category II) at 90% of project cost; Phase II gives up to ₹50 lakh at 50%. Any Indian citizen with an idea can apply through a TOCIC centre.
