A simple guidance to make your experience better!

For Client:​​

  1. Ensure to have communication of materialistic information over E-mail. If you do not have an email account, you can use WhatsApp or any similar medium.

  2. Professionals with whom you have conversation have given the most crucial time of their life obtaining the knowledge. In fact, they keep themselves updated so that you do not have to bear the burden of handling your accounts, finance, and taxes. Hence, avoid bargaining. 

  3. Make payment via online mode like RTGS, NEFT, UPI, PAYTM, Google Pay and any other means of payment application available. Do not indulge in a cash transaction. No queries related to cash payment will be entertained by us.

  4. Ensure to collect a bill from the professional for the service obtained by you.

  5. Kindly, make 50% advance payment at the time of assignment of work. 50% after completion of work.


For Professionals:

  1. Do not vouch for any material information obtained over a call. Kindly, request the client to share the details on the email (preferred). However, in case of no email access, obtain the documents on WhatsApp or any other similar medium.

  2. Do not charge fees against the fees prescribed by BookmyCA 

  3. Receive fees via online mode like RTGS, NEFT, UPI, PAYTM, Google Pay and any other means of payment application available. Do not indulge in a cash transaction. No queries related to cash payment will be entertained by us.

  4. Do provide a bill for the service provided to the client.

  5. Kindly, receive 50% advance payment at the time of assignment of work. 50% after completion of work.
